The accounting service for apartment associations includes:

  • preparing and presenting the financial report;
  • preparing and issuing invoices and possibility of electronic invoicing;
  • preparing and updating internal rules;
  • representing the apartment association before the Tax and Customs Board and Statistics Estonia;
  • revenue and balance, debtors and analytical reports;
  • consultations regarding the cost accounting;
  • payroll and financial accounting.
